Service Awards
In preparation for this year's event, we need to verify some information for you. Please read and follow the five instructions below.
Instructions
- Download the (Excel file) that matches the number of years of your service at Mason.
- Download the 5 years of service Excel file
- Download the 10 years of service Excel file
- Download the 15 years of service Excel file
- Download the 20 years of service Excel file
- Download the 25 years of service Excel file
- Download the 30 years of service Excel file
- Download the 35 years of service Excel file
- Download the 40 years of service Excel file
- Check the information related to your years of service (25, 30, 35, or 40).
- Determine whether or not the information in the Excel file is correct.
- See the Group Photo Shoot Schedule to determine what time the group photo for individuals in your year group will meet on March 2.
- Only complete the fields below if the information in the Excel file you downloaded needs to be changed.
- "Submit Changes" in the fields below if the information you see in the Excel file needs to be changed.
DO NOT "SUBMIT CHANGES" BELOW IF THE INFORMATION
IN THE EXCEL FILE IS CORRECT.
